I went in for a regular car wash & came out of member. Thanks to Alvaro I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family about you guys! He was so kind and patient & very informative of all the Carwash membership packages to see what best suits me. My experience was a 10/10! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Today the wash was great. The team member named Eric standing out there at pay stations was fantastic. He told me every single thing about the single washes and the monthly washes he convinced me to get a Membership but I did have cash only but next time when I go there, I’m really gonna get the membership because he convinced me he really told me about the washes five stars. Best wash in town from me.

I’ve recently signed up for the monthly subscription at this car wash, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. While in town for a week, I noticed this wash opened while driving by. It looked amazing from the outside. (I was also in desperate need of a vacuum and was pleasantly surprised at the suction/quality of the vacs!) I was greeted by very friendly people, went through the wash and WOW! What an awesome job it did! Thank you WashU! Will definitely spread the word to my friends and will be back when I am in town again next week! FIVE STARS!!!!!!

Have been coming to wash my car for over 10 years at this location. The bays are always clean, the tools are always functioning and the staff is very helpful. I’ve used the touchless wash but have mainly used the manual option, both are great options. I drive over 5 miles to come to this specific location. Would highly recommend.

Love this car wash! The personnel are very kind and know what they are doing. The facilities are well maintained as well. I pay for the monthly membership and feel it’s the best value for my money. You can’t beat $40/month for a daily wash if I so desire. Highly recommend if you like keeping your vehicles clean!

Hands down the best car wash in town. The staff was super friendly, and they took their time making sure my car came out spotless—inside and out. The attention to detail really shows, and they didn’t miss a single spot. Prices are fair for the quality of service you get. Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone I know. Wash U in Burbank just does it right! Easy in and out. Fast and clean to get you back on the road looking good again! Jasmine provides great customer service just like the rest of thier staff. Give them a try, you will be happy U did!

This was my first time going to this car wash and the service was great. Yahya helped me out and he was very understanding and thoughtful and had my car shimmering. what an amazing place to get your car washed.

Anthony was super helpful in helping me during my car wash visit. I had an issue at the gate and he sprinted out there to help me within seconds of me pressing the help button. Excellent customer service by this guy. Really cool car wash experience too. As my daughter says every time we leave a car wash, “ALLLLLLL CLEEEEEEEEEAN”!!!!!!

Can’t say WashU ever disappoints! This is such a go-to spot for me when coming off the trails and need some help washing off the jeep. Facility operates very smoothly and customer service is great! It is a clean establishment as well leaves my vehicle looking brand new! Always a pleasure!

Ed was EXTREMELY helpful. He constantly walked back and forth making sure we were good while we were cleaning out our car. All of the window washing spray bottles were full and we had clean towels. Thank you so much. I will definitely be coming here regularly to get my car washed and cleaned out.

I’ve been using the monthly subscription for about a year now and it’s a great value. The employees are polite and helpful especially Anthony. He always has a smile and is very professional. He always says hello and answers any questions I have. Wash U is convenient and fast.

Stopped by this morning because my car was in a sorry state. I met Anthony and Greg (I think he’s the manager) and they were so kind. I was waffling about which wash and they weren’t pushy to get the most expensive one like some other places. Lots of vacuums that actually work and the lot isn’t covered in garbage. They even have free towels and window cleaner in the vacuum area. Will definitely be back!

Today I took my car to the WashU in Des Plaines on Lee St and I was so impressed with the employee named Anthony who helped me out. Anthony throughly explained the benefits in signing up for a membership and the different car wash packages. He was so polite and professional and I even came back with my other vehicle. I will be going to this location from now on. Thank you Anthony for being so helpful!

I really like this car wash very effective and cleaning my car. The young men that work here are very nice well presented friendly. He even shined my tires. That was nice of him and gave me towels to dry my car off with anytime I’m in town I will definitely make it my business to stop back by.
